Guided Deep Rest
Each session lasts around 30 minutes – this extended relaxation is of huge benefit to unwind, rest deeply and release tension physically, balance emotional and mind levels.
30 minutes Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours good sleep; it is practised in a supported Sava position, lying down, with cushions/blanket/pillows, YN slows down the brainwave patterns and allows deep rest & healing to happen.
Yoga Nidra can be helpful if you don’t sleep well or feel restless, it’s a wonderful tonic.
